Sumer Selman is excited to be back with Weichert Properties with over twelve years of experience in New York Real Estate. Originally from Ankara, Turkey, Sumer has called the city home for the past fifteen years. He has lived in a variety of neighborhoods, including Astoria, Queens, but currently calls the Upper West Side Home.

Sumer’s clients value his dedication to their needs, his thorough hard work, as well as his innovative ways of creating solutions to any hiccups that may arise in the process. He easily works with renters, first time buyers, and new construction projects. He especially likes working with investors, and finding assets that will appreciate over time.

Outside of Real Estate, Sumer enjoys spends time with his family, enjoying the many parks his neighborhood has to offer. Sumer is fluent in Turkish, and especially enjoys helping expats who are relocating to the city.
