You won't find Kristine DeVine sitting behind a desk. She’s a busy bee hitting the street and engaging with clients to find their dream homes.  

Known for her sincere and positive attitude, Kristine combines her professionalism with street smarts to make home buying and selling an efficient and enjoyable process in a high-stakes real estate market. 

Kristine takes great pride in her ability to make great deals happen. She achieves this by making sure clients have clear goals and informed expectations. She educates buyers and sellers , as well as renters , throughout the whole process and considers it her job to deliver great service in an ever-changing market. 

Kristine started out as a full time rental agent in 2005, then became hybrid in 2007 closing her first sale at 80 John Street.  

Her passion for rentals is a direct result of her own experience relocating to nyc.  

Prior to entering real estate, Kristine had 25 years of sales experience as well as Restaurant Management experience at the famous Parizade Cafe in Durham , NC . She adopted Manhattan as her home after living throughout the South, including Chapel Hill and Charlotte, NC, and Charleston, SC, and currently lives on the Upper West Side. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science Board of Regents degree from Fairmont State University and is currently enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition based here in New York.
