More About Thomas F.

Thomas is a dedicated, full-service real estate agent who is dually licensed and experienced in helping buyers, sellers and customers seeking to lease properties of any type. As a member of both the Orange County and Manhattan-based Real Estate Boards, and an associate of Weichert’s Monroe and Rockefeller Center offices, he is in a unique position to service clients in New York’s Hudson Valley as well as Manhattan and the outer boroughs.

A lifelong resident of the New York metropolitan area, Thomas prides himself on his broad-based knowledge, and dedication to delivering top-level service. His former role as manager of customer service for a number of firms instilled an acute ability to listen, collaborate with people and find solutions to every problem.

Thomas came into real estate with an extensive business background focused on customer satisfaction management and contract negotiations. In his tenure, he spent 18 years with Sharp Electronics Corporation in positions at all levels. His heavy computer expertise helps him stay ahead of the curve, and his in-depth legal experience affords him valuable insight when orchestrating deals. Thomas has served as an independent arbitrator who received a commendation from the Governor of New Jersey as arbitrator for the Lemon Law, and as such, was a guest at a congressional gala. He is a Graduate of the New York Real Estate Institute (NYREI) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from William Paterson University.

Fully vested in his clients and his real estate career, Thomas has respected credentials as a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR), Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS (HGAR), Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service (HGMLS), and Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

In his free time, his array of hobbies include: running a part-time computer business; traveling and hiking with his wife, a food columnist; collecting antiques; competition brewing and wine making; and visiting his two grown daughters.
