Christine Farkouh combines her background in healthcare with a passion for real estate- this is reflected in her excellent problem solving skills, efficiency and her compassion for each individual customer. Christine started her career in Real Estate at the start of the pandemic in March 2020; despite the timing she won the Weichert rookie of the year for New York and Hudson County in 2020, completing over 5 million dollars in rentals and sales in her first year. Her ingenuity, tenacity and calm demeaner make her a natural in the business.
Christine is a native of Brooklyn who has real estate in her blood; her family has owned properties across the boroughs and she helps manage some of them. Living in many different neighborhoods herself, she has grown to love all of NYC, especially Brooklyn and Downtown Manhattan. Christine has resided in the East Village for the past four years, and recently moved to Gramercy, where she loves the park and amenities of the neighborhood. Outside of her real estate career, she enjoys traveling, cooking and running.
