More About Renee

Renée E. Warren’s love of New York real estate grew from her passion for the city and its diversity of grand and modern architecture. A true Manhattanite, Renée has lived in nearly every neighborhood of Manhattan, from Wall Street to Harlem, her current home, with residency in Chelsea, Times Square and the Upper West Side and everything in between.

This results-driven business woman enjoys a respected reputation for quality client service and savvy negotiations. Clients consider Renée the “go-to” agent and appreciate her approach of honesty, communication, and the dedication to finding that "perfect match" for both buyer and seller.

“I provide attention to detail from start to finish. I see every client as family; even new clients often feel as if we’ve known each other for years. I just love meeting new people and making sure they are happy because a home is where your life starts and continues,” says Renée.

Born and raised in the great state of Virginia, in Chesapeake to be exact, Renée is proud of her southern roots but says NYC is her home. She received a B.S degree from Old Dominion University in Virginia, completed Southern Illinois University’s post-graduate program in London, obtained a Certificate in Finance from New York Institute of Finance, and holds an M.A. from Columbia University. She graduated from New York Real Estate Institute, earning her real estate license in 2006. Renée is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

This city dweller has an accomplished career as a media executive and strategist with extensive management, production, journalism and writing experience.

Renée has received numerous awards and accolades including the Forty Under 40 Achievement Award and Old Dominion University Distinguished Alumni Award.

“As a professional media expert and producer, you always have to ensure your client is happy. Customer service is number one in any industry and real estate is no exception,” says Renée.

Renée is also an author, a motivational speaker, an amusement park enthusiast, a tea lover, a cooking enthusiast, and a believer in giving back to numerous charitable causes.
