Renée E. Warren’s love of New York real estate grew from her passion for the city and its diversity of grand and modern architecture. A true Manhattanite, Renée has lived in nearly every neighborhood of Manhattan, from Wall Street to Harlem, her current home, with residency in Chelsea, Times Square and the Upper West Side and everything in between.

Born and raised in the great state of Virginia, in Chesapeake to be exact, Renée is proud of her southern roots but says NYC is her home. She received a B.S degree from Old Dominion University in Virginia, completed Southern Illinois University’s post-graduate program in London, obtained a Certificate in Finance from New York Institute of Finance, and holds an M.A. from Columbia University. She graduated from New York Real Estate Institute, earning her real estate license in 2006. Renée is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
This city dweller has an accomplished career as a media executive and strategist with extensive management, production, journalism and writing experience.
